The remainder of the system-wide meter replacement project was financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority which is a boost to MAWSA and the surrounding service area.
At this time all customers have been contacted to have their meter and/or meter reading radio transmitter replaced. If you still have not had your meter replaced, please reach out to our installer Kentrel for scheduling.
The MAWSA team cannot schedule on behalf of Kentrel.
If your meter has yet to be replaced and you’ve had estimated readings for a long time and believe your household conditions may have changed your usage pattern, please email, or use the contact us page here, or drop off a description of the household change in the payment slot at our office to have your account reviewed.
