Low Pressure Alert for March 18, 2026

Mar 17, 2026

MAWSA released a low pressure alert for Wednesday, March 18, 2026

The low pressure is expected to last from around 10am to 12pm, EST.  The project has concluded without issue.

What is happening?
Electrical repairs will be taking place at one of MAWSA’s facilities, which may cause residents to experience lower than normal water pressure starting around 10AM on March 18. The work should not take long and, in the worst case, is not expected to go past Noon.

Plan ahead

Residents are asked to plan ahead for this inconvenience. Direct messaging was issued to the affected area, and notice will be issued again if there are any changes to these plans.

If you are experiencing continued low water pressure after the project close, please contact our office.
