New Office Hours

Offices will re-open to walk-in traffic on July 12 at 8AM. Hours of operation will be as follows:

Open to Public: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM

By Appointment: Monday – Friday 12:30PM to 4:00PM

We ask that anyone entering our building that is unvaccinated or not feeling well to please wear a mask upon entrance.

The office staff will also be available by  phone and email during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Anything outside of office hours will be handled by the normal after-hours answering service.

  • To report an emergency water or sewer issue, please call our office 24/7/365.
  • Non emergency issues can be reported by calling or emailing.

To make a payment please use any of the following methods;

  1. Click the blue dollar sign on the right hand side of the page for payments through the online payment portal
  2. Ephrata National Bank Manheim Branch at 1 N Penryn Road, Manheim
  3. Drop it in the payment slot on either porch at our office
  4. By phone, available M-F, 8A-12P and 12:30P-4P
  5. USPS
  6. In person M-F 8A-12P
