All customers were sent a paper statement and instructions on accessing the new customer web portal.
We understand the inconvenience and will provide leniency on remittances. Instructions for accessing the new customer web portal are enclosed with the December statement. Staff is presently setting up bank draft access, which will take several more days to complete. Cash, check, and money order payments may be dropped at the Ephrata National Bank at 1 N Penryn Rd, Manheim – or check payments may be dropped on either porch payment slot at 18 E High St, Manheim.
