Over the past few months we have been working diligently behind the scenes to launch a new and improved billing system to make our customers’ lives simpler. We are transferring data, confirming reports, testing system features, and preparing a new billing portal.

We anticipate that the system will go live in 2021. New customers will immediately be able to take advantage of the new, simple, checkout and self-service invoicing.

Existing customers will be automatically converted to the system; however, unfortunately, payment information will need to be re-entered. Our team is prepared to assist you if needed.

We are excited to enhance our customer experience through added features by providing a new and improved customer portal, while striving to give you as much familiarity as possible. The billing statements and customer account numbers will be largely unchanged and there will be improvements to account management options.

To ensure a smooth transition, please be sure you have submitted your most current contact information (email and phone number) to our office. The easiest way to update your information is to email us. Our staff will reply when your information has been confirmed or updated.

At this time it is not anticipated that there will be any downtime in services. We will keep you posted as we learn more.
