All meters are being replaced in 11 phases to a Sensus brand meter and transmitter. Phase 1 started scheduling the week of October 24 with a MAWSA authorized contractor. It is anticipated that the project will run through Spring of 2023. ** (Phase 11 opened in January 2023.)
**Appointments are being scheduled by the contractor Tuesday through Saturday, 8AM to 4PM. Please refer to the message box on your monthly billing statement for project details. Replacement is mandatory. ** As of January 19, 2023 the project is in a temporary hold while we await delivery of ordered equipment. Once received installations will resume. **
